So - midway through my 3rd episode here and the soundtrack/music is all wrong. Too uptempo, too loud and too evocative of stress - meanwhile, contestants are chill, friendly and helpful to each other, judges are understanding and making excuses for contestants, etc. Ditch the drama music and have no music or something more appropriate.

I just love Teresa! BTW the way to correctly pronounc Sabikh is with the accent on the ultimate syllable: "saBIKH". In Israel the salad is put inside the pita-pocket, but I guess there are no rules when you get to this level of cooking. This was just an unimportant remark. I realy love Teresa, and would like a chance to eat at her restaurant one day.

They need to showcase the dishes more. To film inside a sandwich, show the food while the person is explaining the dish, and have the chefs explain their recipes in more depth. More closeups of the food. This isn't worth watching to me because it doesn't focus enough on the outcome. Glad there's at least a vegan show.

Theresa is correct the Vegan community lacks restaurants in Cincinnati Ohio I think she should open her restaurant Sumac and Sage in Downtown Cincinnati with Grain Free options as well. ❤

Just pick the best food, lol. Nobody is going to come up with a revolutionary new business idea that changes the industry in 30 minutes. Why complicate it? And all 3 of their ideas were ridiculous. Just make the person who made the best dish the winner. Which was clearly Theresa.

Hello! I really wanted to apply for Season 2 but just have some questions for more information please! Is there a way to ensure contestants have all the ingredients they need? And secondly will vegan meats / breads/ pastas be available this time or would all that need to be made from scratch! Thank you :)

Come on.... Why wouldn't you let them create whatever. A manu based item are you trying to expand your own menu.

I have watched this series and I like the concept of it. But this show does not allow one to showcase there true skill this line one did not really showcase the culinary skill just because a home cock and professional cook move way different.

Did thies people ask to be put in a professional kitchen. I am a Sous Chef. Someone inexperienced can not work a full line. It takes days just to learn the layout and where products are, Manu cook, plating. So yes chit times will be an hour I think you are mad for hurting the reputation of the delay. Way too risky. I would of had two to three on the line. Also this makes for a horrible day on the Chefs waiting.
